Flexible and knowledgeable
As first home buyers trying to enter the market, Alex guided us through the process and answered our many, many questions. In an incredibly competitive market, Alex’s relationships with various banks meant we could offer competitive finance terms which was crucial in multiple offer scenarios. Alex had to work with really short time frames and nothing was every too much trouble. After 6 offers, 1 collapsed contract, and one complicated price reduction we finally got our home! I would highly recommend Alex and will be using him in the future for our next home and hopefully investment property in the future.
